Our Team
Founders
Stagecraft Harmony was founded by Emma Carstairs and Nathan Lee, who have dedicated their lives to stagecraft and arts education. Their experience spans renowned Australian and international theatres, film, and coaching at top academies. United by a purpose to nurture every student’s unique spark, Emma and Nathan set the tone for our culture.
